How far in advance should I book a hibachi at home experience?+
We recommend booking 2–3 weeks ahead for weekend dates in Toronto and the GTA. Cottage-country dates (Muskoka) and peak summer or holiday-season weekends fill up faster, so it's worth reaching out as early as possible.
What's included in the price?+
Every guest gets two protein choices, hibachi vegetables, fried rice, a house salad, and a live hibachi cooking show, cooked fresh on-site by a private chef. See our Pricing page for the full breakdown and add-on options.
Is there a minimum group size?+
There's no strict minimum guest count, but every booking has a CA$700 minimum food total. Smaller groups can still book — you'll simply meet the minimum through your guest count, premium proteins, or add-ons.
How does the travel fee work?+
Travel fee varies by distance from Toronto — Toronto and the closer parts of the GTA typically have the lowest fees. Use our free estimate calculator for an exact number for your city.
What happens if it rains?+
Many hosts move the hibachi setup under a covered patio, deck, or garage with the door open. All we need is a flat, covered space near a power outlet.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?+
Yes — let us know when you book and we'll do our best to accommodate them. Our cooking area isn't an allergen-free environment, so we can't guarantee zero cross-contact with any allergen.
